Returns & Refunds

At ShiMeraki, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (including DIY components) are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Brooches with signs of wear
  • Opened DIY components

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to initiate your return request.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
