3. Product Information
While we strive for accuracy, colors and materials of our necklaces, crystal jewelry, and nature-inspired pieces may vary slightly from website images due to monitor settings and natural variations in materials.
4. Intellectual Property
All jewelry designs, product photography, and website content are the exclusive property of ShiMeraki. DIY components are sold for personal crafting only - commercial reproduction of our designs is prohibited.
5. Order Processing
Handmade items (including brooches and earrings) typically ship within 3-5 business days. DIY components ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information upon shipment.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewelry in original condition. Custom pieces and DIY components are final sale. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
7. Limitation of Liability
ShiMeraki shall not be liable for:
- Any allergic reactions to materials
- Improper use of DIY components
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in natural materials
8. Dispute Resolution
